Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of the Surface Pro 10 (2024). It powers the tablet when it is not plugged in and provides everyday battery life. When the current part no longer holds a charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats, this replacement restores normal use of the device.
Before you begin, switch the tablet off completely, unplug the charger and prepare a clean workspace with suitable tools and an anti-static mat if possible. Handle the battery with care: do not puncture it, bend it or expose it to high heat. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with the usual precautions for lithium batteries.
After fitting, connect the charger and let the tablet go through several full charge and discharge cycles so the battery balances. Then check charge retention, the temperature of the device and that the screen and ports work properly. Keeping a close eye on it during the first few days helps you spot any abnormal behaviour quickly.
