Description
This compatible battery replaces the current battery of your TCL 306 when it no longer holds charge or switches off unexpectedly. It powers the phone and largely determines its everyday battery life. A worn-out battery can also cause sudden restarts or abnormal heating during use.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, clear surface, using a plastic tool to open the casing without forcing it. As a precaution against static electricity, touch an earthed metal surface before handling the components. Do not puncture, bend or compress the lithium battery.
Once the battery is replaced, carry out two or three full charge and discharge cycles so that the battery level indicator recalibrates. Then check that charging works normally and that the device does not overheat. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care.
