Description
This compatible battery replaces the current battery in your V50 when it no longer holds its charge, shuts off suddenly or overheats. It powers the device and directly determines its battery life in everyday use. This is a third-party part, designed to fit the V50 model.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and keep it in a dry place, away from any heat source. Work on a clean surface and use protection against static electricity, for example an anti-static wrist strap. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never puncture or bend the lithium battery.
After fitting, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to let the battery stabilise. Check that the device starts correctly, that charging takes place without overheating and that battery life remains consistent. If the new battery swells or becomes very hot, stop using it immediately.
