Description
This compatible battery is designed for the X Power 2 smartphone. It replaces the current battery when it no longer holds its charge, drains too quickly or no longer lets you use the device without being plugged in. It fits in place of the old battery, after removing the back cover or panel depending on the model.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely, then disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean, flat surface, using a plastic opening tool rather than a metal one. A lithium battery must never be punctured, bent or heated. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care.
After fitting, check that the connectors are firmly clicked in and that the cover closes properly. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the device displays an accurate battery life. Monitor the temperature during the first charges: it should remain moderate.
