Description

Before you start, switch the device off completely and remove the case. Work on a flat, clean surface, with a suitable tool and without forcing anything. Remember to discharge the device and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Do not puncture the battery, do not bend it and avoid any impact. If the battery looks swollen, stop using it and set it aside in a safe place.
Once the part is fitted, switch the phone back on and check that charging works properly. For a new battery, a few full charge and discharge cycles help optimise its performance and let you monitor its battery life more accurately.
