Description
This compatible battery is designed for the Sony Xperia XA2. It replaces the current battery when the phone's battery life drops sharply or the device switches off without warning while still holding charge. A worn battery can also cause abnormal heating and interruptions during charging, which is why it is worth changing it in good time.
Before you start, switch off the smartphone completely, remove the case and prepare a small suitable screwdriver and a flat plastic tool to separate the components without damaging them. Work on a clean surface, away from static electricity. Always disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, and avoid excessive heat during disassembly. A lithium battery must never be punctured, bent or crushed.
After reassembly, carry out several full charge cycles, for example two or three, to allow the battery to balance. Then check the charging, the battery life and the absence of abnormal heating during normal use. If the battery is swollen or deformed, do not use it any more.
