Description
This compatible battery is designed for the Y04 model. It replaces the current battery when it no longer holds its charge or when the device switches off suddenly. It is a third-party part, designed to fit the Y04 without modification.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and disconnect the power cable. Work on a clean, flat surface, protected from static electricity. Use non-metallic tools to release the connectors and avoid forcing the ribbon cables. Do not puncture, bend or heat the battery.
After reassembly, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles before judging the battery life. If the battery is swollen, deformed or heating up abnormally, stop using it immediately and set it aside in a safe place.
Tips
- Switch off the device and disconnect it before any work
- Work away from static electricity
- Never use a swollen or deformed battery
- Do not puncture, bend or heat the battery
- Carry out a few charging cycles after fitting
