Description
This compatible battery is designed to replace the current battery in your Y11s. It powers the device and determines how long it runs between two charges. When a battery ages, the phone shuts off suddenly, loses its battery life quickly or heats up while charging: replacing the worn battery usually fixes these faults.
Before you start, switch the Y11s off completely, remove the back cover and disconnect the battery before touching any ribbon cables. Work on a clean, dry surface at room temperature, with suitable tools so you do not damage the connectors. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before handling the components.
Once the battery is fitted, close the device and carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the battery can balance. Then check the charge level, the temperature and the overall operation. Never puncture a lithium battery, do not bend it, and do not use a swollen battery: set it aside and handle it with care.
