Description
This compatible battery is designed for the Y33e model. It replaces the device's current battery when it no longer holds charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats. A worn-out battery is one of the most common faults on a smartphone, and replacing it often restores a decent battery life without having to change your device.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and unplug the charger. Prepare a small screwdriver of the right size and a flat tool to open the casing without forcing it. Work on a clean, dry surface at room temperature, and avoid any heat source. Also protect yourself from static electricity, for example by touching a metal ground before handling the components.
Once the battery is installed, switch the device back on and check that charging works normally. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to optimise its performance. Keep an eye on the temperature during the first uses. A lithium battery must never be punctured, bent or exposed to excessive heat, and a swollen battery must no longer be used.
