This compatible battery is designed for the Y51a model. It replaces the worn battery in your device and gives back enough battery life for everyday use. It is a third-party part, offered as an affordable solution for a repair at home.

Before fitting, switch off the device and unplug the charger. Work on a clean surface and use non-metallic tools. Never drill, bend or short-circuit the lithium battery. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care. After fitting, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the device recalibrates its gauge correctly.
