Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a ZenFone 4 Max Plus. It provides the power needed for the phone to operate. When it wears out, you will usually notice battery life dropping quickly, the phone switching off without warning while still showing some charge, or the back cover swelling.
Before replacing it, switch the phone off completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, flat surface, using a plastic tool to open the case without forcing it. To limit risks, avoid any heat source and discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components.
Once the part is changed, switch the phone back on and let it go through two or three full charge and discharge cycles so the level indicator recalibrates. Then check battery life and temperature during normal use. If the battery swells or overheats abnormally, stop using it immediately.

- Do not puncture, bend or crush the lithium battery
- Swollen or very hot battery: stop using it
- Carry out two or three full charge cycles after fitting
