Description
The Galaxy Core Prime rear camera (reference G360) is the main photo module on the back of the device. It captures high-quality images and videos when you use the standard camera. If your rear camera no longer works, the picture may be blurred, black or distorted, or the camera app may show an error. This compatible part replaces the faulty module so you can take normal photos again on your Galaxy Core Prime.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface with a suitable screwdriver and an anti-static wrist strap, or simply discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface. Handle the flexible cable and connector with care, without bending or forcing them. Moderate heat is enough to loosen the adhesive if needed, but never overheat the battery.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, turn the device on and open the camera app. Test the rear camera for photo and video, and check focus, brightness and the absence of noise or spots. If the battery was disconnected, let the device complete a few full charge cycles before heavy use.
