Description
This rear camera Galaxy On5 (ref. G550) is a replacement camera module for the Galaxy On5 device. It restores photo and video capture with the main lens when it no longer works, whether it is black, blurred, frozen or inactive in the camera app. It is a compatible part, made by a different manufacturer from the device's maker: it is an economical solution to repair your phone and replace the current part.
Before starting, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, in a moderate temperature environment, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Handle the camera by its edges, without touching the lens. Never puncture, bend or crush the battery: if it is swollen, stop using the device.
After fitting, switch on the phone and open the camera app to check focus, brightness and image stability. Also check the flash and switching to the front camera. If the battery was removed, carry out a few full charge cycles for optimal performance.
