This rear camera is the main photo module located on the back of the Galaxy S9 Plus. It captures the images and videos taken with the rear lens and sends the signal to the motherboard. This part is a compatible version, made by a third-party manufacturer. It matches reference G965U (US version) and fits the Galaxy S9 Plus model indicated. Before fitting, switch off the device, disconnect the battery if your model allows it, and work on a clean, anti-static surface. Handle the ribbon cable carefully, without bending it or forcing the connectors.
After reassembly, check the operation of the rear camera, the zoom and the autofocus, for both photo and video, before fully closing the casing. Stay alert to the heat of the device during testing.
