Description
The rear camera is the main photo module of your Mega 2 (2014). It captures light through the lens and sends the image to the processor, which turns it into a photo or video. When it is faulty, you often see a blurred or black image, abnormal colours, a camera that no longer launches, or autofocus that does not work.
This is a compatible part, made by a third party. It carries the reference G750 and must be fitted to a Mega 2 (2014). Before you start, switch the device off completely, disconnect the battery if your model allows it, and work on a clean surface. Use an anti-static wrist strap or touch a metal surface regularly to avoid electrostatic discharge on the components.
After fitting, check that the camera is properly recognised, test photo and video, then check focus and flash. Refit the ribbon cable and screws without forcing them. If the battery is swollen, punctured or bent, do not use it and do not attempt to repair it.
