Description
The rear camera is the photo module on the back of your device, next to the flash. It captures the photos and videos you take with the main camera. When it fails, the image may be blurred, black or distorted, or the camera app may close without warning. This compatible part for OnePlus 5T is referenced A5010 and lets you replace the damaged module.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so you do not scratch the glass or bend the ribbon cable. Note the position of each screw and each cable to make reassembly easier.
After fitting, switch the device on and open the camera app to check operation: focus, zoom, flash, video recording and brightness. Also check that the module is firmly fixed and that no dust is visible under the glass. If the image remains abnormal, check the connections before drawing any conclusion.

- Switch off the device and disconnect the battery before any work.
- Handle the ribbon cable carefully, without bending or forcing it.
- Avoid static electricity: work on a clean surface.
- Check focus, flash and video after fitting.
- Never puncture or bend the lithium battery; do not use it if it is swollen.
