Description
This rear camera is a replacement part for the Stylo 2 Plus. It is part of the photo module on the back of the phone and lets you take photos and videos with the main lens. When it is faulty, you often see a blurry, black or distorted image, or the camera app closes on its own.
This is a compatible part made by a third party. It is not original, which makes the repair of the device more affordable. Before any disassembly, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface with an anti-static tool, as static electricity can damage electronic components.
Once the camera is fitted, check it by opening the camera app and testing both modes, photo and video. Also check the focus and sharpness of the images. Do not bend the ribbon cable and never puncture the lithium battery. If it is swollen, stop using the device.
