Description
This replacement rear camera is intended for the Tribute 5 model. It takes photos and videos with the main lens located on the back of the device. When the camera is faulty, you often notice a blurry, black or distorted image, or a camera app that no longer opens. Replacing this module restores a sharp image without changing your phone.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if your model's design allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an antistatic mat if possible, and avoid touching the gold contacts. Use suitable tools so you do not scratch the glass or bend the connectors. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and do not use a device whose battery is swollen.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the camera app for photo and video, with both lenses if necessary. Check the focus, the sharpness and the absence of noise or banding in the image. If the camera does not respond, recheck the connector before concluding there is a fault.

- Work with non-metallic tools to protect the glass
- Check that the connector is properly seated before closing up
- Test photo and video before refitting the cover
- Do not use a device whose battery is swollen
