Description
The front camera is the camera module located on the front of your smartphone, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Galaxy S22+, lets you replace a faulty module, for example when the image is blurred, black or distorted, or when the front camera is no longer detected by the phone.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, protected from static electricity, and use suitable tools to open the phone without forcing it. Handle the ribbon cable with care and avoid bending it. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery: if it is swollen, stop using it.
Once the fitting is complete, check the camera before closing the housing fully: test the photo, the video and the focus. Then charge the device several times to make sure the whole assembly is stable.
