Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of your A03 Core (A032, 2021 model). It is used to take your front-facing photos, make video calls and use facial recognition when your phone supports it. It helps fix the most common faults: blurred image, black screen in the camera preview, distorted photos or the camera missing from apps.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use a plastic tool to release the frame without forcing it. Avoid touching the ribbon cables and connectors unnecessarily, and never handle a swollen, punctured or bent battery: in that case, stop using it.
After fitting, switch the phone back on and test the camera before closing the device completely. Check the sharpness, the preview and taking a photo in selfie mode, as well as video calls. If the image remains abnormal, repeat the fitting and check the correct position of the connector.
Tips
- Switch off and disconnect the battery before any work
- Work with a plastic tool and without forcing the frame
- Check the ribbon cable is correctly connected before closing
- Test the camera before fully reassembling the phone
- Never puncture or bend the battery; if swollen, stop using it
Fitting
Fitting guide: work with the device switched off, disconnect the battery before touching any flex cable, keep the screws in order and test the part before closing up. A question before ordering? Write to us.
