Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies, video calls and face recognition unlocking. This compatible part is designed to replace the front camera of the Samsung Galaxy A04s (model A047, 2022). It is suitable when the image is blurred, black, frozen, or when the camera no longer opens in apps.
Before you start, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, clear surface, with an anti-static mat if you have one. Use a plastic tool to carefully lift the screen and avoid using a metal tool on the ribbon cables. Do not heat the screen beyond a moderate temperature.
Once the camera is replaced, reconnect the battery and switch the device on. Test the front camera and the rear camera, as well as face unlock, before fully closing the phone. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and do not try to puncture or bend it.
