Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of the Samsung Galaxy A3 model A310, released in 2016. It restores front-facing photography and video calls when your current camera no longer works, is blurry, shows spots or displays a black image. The module is supplied with its connection ribbon, which you should identify before any handling.
Before you begin, switch off the phone completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, as static electricity can damage electronic components. Use suitable tools without forcing them, and gently warm the screen adhesive with a heat gun at moderate temperature to avoid weakening the parts.
Once the assembly is complete, switch the device back on and check the camera before fully closing the casing: open the camera app, test the front camera, then make a test video call. If your battery is old, keep an eye on it during the first charges. A swollen battery or one that heats up abnormally must no longer be used.
