Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed for the Samsung Galaxy A54 4G (2021). It replaces the faulty front camera when the image is blurred, black or distorted, or when the module no longer responds.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if the model allows it. Work on a clean surface with a plastic opening tool to avoid scratching the screen. Handle the ribbon cable carefully, as it is fragile, and discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface before touching it.
Once the fitting is complete, switch the device back on and open the camera app to check the sharpness, brightness and correct operation of the camera before fully closing the phone. If the original part was damp or damaged, also check the sealing of the chassis.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before any disassembly
- Use a plastic tool so you do not scratch the screen
- Avoid bending the ribbon cable and touch it as little as possible
- Discharge static electricity before handling the components
- Test the camera before fully closing the device
Fitting
