Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed to replace the current front camera of the A9 (2020) model when it no longer works properly: blurred, black or missing image, or a picture that cuts out during a call.
This is a compatible part, made by a third-party manufacturer. It lets you restore the front camera function at a lower cost. Before fitting, switch off the device, remove the battery if the method allows it, and work on a clean surface, with an anti-static wrist strap if you have one. Avoid excessive pressure on the screen and the flex cables.
After replacement, switch the device back on and test the camera before closing the casing: take a photo, start a video call and check the sharpness and the stability of the image. If in doubt, stop and check the connections again.
