Description
The front camera is the photo and video module located on the front of the phone, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Aristo 5 model, lets you replace a faulty module when the image is blurred, black, distorted or missing. It is a compatible part, made by a third party, offered as an affordable alternative for repairing the device.
Before any work, switch off the phone completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat, or discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface. Use suitable tools and never force the fine connectors.
After fitting, check the focus, brightness and operation of the camera in the photo app, then during a test video call. If the battery is swollen, stop using it, do not puncture it and do not bend it. Keep moderate heat throughout the repair.
