Description
The front camera is the small module at the top of the iPhone 6S screen, used for taking selfies and making video calls. This compatible part is designed to replace the current one when the image is blurred, black, distorted or when the camera no longer responds.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the flex cables. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so you do not force the connectors. Handle the flex cable by its edges to avoid electrostatic discharge.
After fitting, check the camera before closing the device completely: photo, video, focus and face detection. If the screen or the proximity sensor no longer respond correctly, go back over the fitting and check that the flex cables are properly connected.
