Description
The front camera is the camera module located at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus, lets you replace a faulty module, for example when the image is blurry, black, frozen or missing in photo and video apps.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools to open the screen without forcing it. Handle the ribbon cable with care, without bending or pulling it, and make sure every cable is properly reconnected.
After fitting, check the camera works before closing the phone: take several photos and test a video call. If the old part showed signs of moisture or impact, also check the water resistance and the condition of the screen. A swollen battery must never be used or punctured.
