Description
The front camera is the camera module located on the front of the smartphone. It is used for selfies, video calls and video conferences. This compatible part is designed for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and lets you replace a faulty module when the image is blurred, black or distorted, or when the camera is no longer recognised by the device.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, away from static electricity, and use an anti-static wrist strap if you have one. Do not puncture or bend the lithium battery. If it is swollen, stop using the device. If you need to soften an adhesive, heat it gently.
After fitting, check the focus, brightness and absence of spots in the camera app, then during a video call. Then carry out a few full charging cycles so the device can stabilise.
