Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed for the Galaxy Note 7. It replaces a damaged front camera that no longer focuses, shows a blurred or black image, or no longer launches in apps.
This version is made by a third party and offered as compatible, which means it is not Original. Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and note where each small screw goes. Handle the ribbon cable carefully so you do not bend or tear it, and use an anti-static wrist strap if you have one.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the camera before closing the casing completely. Open the camera app, switch to selfie mode and check the sharpness, brightness and the absence of stripes or dark areas. If the image is still faulty, open the phone again and check that the ribbon cable is properly seated.
