Description

Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your skill level allows. Work on a clean, flat surface with a suitable opening tool. Handle the module carefully to avoid electrostatic discharge, and avoid any pressure on the ribbon cable that connects it to the motherboard. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery.
Once the fitting is complete, check that the camera works before closing the device fully: test the camera app, a selfie and a video call. Also make sure the neighbouring sensors remain properly aligned.
