Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of the Galaxy S25 FE. It is used for taking photos and videos facing the screen, as well as for video calls. When it is faulty, you often notice a blurred, black, distorted or missing image in photo and video conferencing apps.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface and use suitable tools, such as a small screwdriver and a suction cup. Handle the flex cable with care and avoid electrostatic discharge, for example by touching an earthed metal surface before you work.
After fitting, switch the phone back on and test the camera before closing the device completely. Check the sharpness, brightness and, if present, the autofocus function. Also make a test video call.
