Description
This replacement front camera is designed for the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. It is used for selfies and video calls. If your front photo is blurry, black, distorted or if the camera app no longer opens, the front camera is often the cause. It can also be damaged after a fall or contact with liquid.
This is a compatible part, manufactured by a third party. Before you start, switch off the phone completely and disconnect the battery if your skill level allows. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat, and avoid any electrostatic discharge. Never force the ribbon cable and use suitable tools to open the device.
After fitting, check that the camera works properly before closing the phone completely: test front photos and videos, as well as focus. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it and carry out a few full charge cycles so the device returns to normal behaviour.
