Description
This compatible front camera replaces the selfie module of the Honor 200 Pro (2024) phone. It is used to take photos and videos facing the screen, notably for video calls. If your front camera is blurry, black, frozen or no longer turns on, this part may solve the problem.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery where possible. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if you have one. Prepare small suitable tools and a noted disassembly order, so you can refit the ribbon cables in the right place. Handle the module by its edges, without touching the lens.
Once assembly is finished, switch the phone back on and check the image in the camera app, both for the front camera and for video. Also check the sealing of the unit before closing it up. If the original part was damaged by an impact, check the rest of the ribbon cable and the screen.
