Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front camera module of your Honor Magic7 Pro (2024). It is used for taking selfies, making video calls and unlocking the phone with facial recognition. If your front camera is blurry, black, frozen or no longer appears in apps, this replacement may solve the problem.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface, ideally with an anti-static mat, to protect components that are sensitive to static electricity. Open the phone with suitable tools, without forcing it. Take care with the thin ribbon cables and connectors, which tear easily.
After fitting, check that the front camera works in the camera app and during a video call, then test facial recognition. Also check the water resistance of the front panel before closing it up. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and never use a swollen battery.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before opening it
- Work with an anti-static mat to protect the components
- Handle the ribbon cables gently, they tear easily
- Test the camera and facial recognition before closing the phone
- Never puncture or bend a lithium battery
Fitting
Fitting guide: work with the device switched off, disconnect the battery before touching any flex cable, keep the screws in order and test the part before closing up. A question before ordering? Write to us.
