Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part is designed to replace the faulty front camera of an Honor X6 (2022). It restores a sharp image for video conferences and close-up photos when the current camera is blurry, black, distorted or no longer starts.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and remove the battery if your model allows it, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean, flat surface with a suitable small toolkit and a tray to keep the screws. Protect yourself from static electricity by not touching the gold contacts. Always disconnect the screen cable before handling the connectors, and never force the fragile tabs.
Once the fitting is complete, switch the device back on and test the camera before fully closing the chassis. Check the focus, brightness and the absence of noise or lines in the image, then check the screen function around the module. If the image remains abnormal, recheck the orientation and connection of the cable.
