Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front module of the Honor X7 (2022), the one used for selfies and video calls. If the current part shows a blurry or black image, or no image at all, or if the front camera no longer starts, this replacement may solve the problem. It is a part made by a third party, known as compatible, and not a brand part.
Before you start, switch the smartphone off completely and disconnect the battery if you open the phone. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so you do not damage the ribbon cables or connectors. Avoid excessive heat during disassembly and never puncture or bend the lithium battery. If the battery is swollen, stop using the phone.
Once assembly is finished, switch the phone back on and test the camera before fully closing the casing. Check the image, the focus and the operation of the camera app, then proceed to the final closing.
