Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the iPad Air 5 screen. It is used for video calls, selfies and video conferences. When it is faulty, the image may be blurry, black, frozen or absent during calls.
This compatible front camera is designed to replace the current part in your iPad Air 5. It is a part made by a third party, compatible with this model. Before starting, switch off the tablet completely, disconnect the battery and work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible. Never force the ribbon cables and avoid excessive heat during disassembly.
Once reassembly is complete, switch the device back on and test the front camera and the screen in the camera app, then during a test video call. Also check that the part is firmly held and that the connectors are properly seated before closing everything up.
