Description
This compatible front camera replaces the photo and video module located at the top of the iPad Pro (2016) screen. It is used for video calls, selfies and video conferencing. When it is faulty, the image is blurry, black, frozen or missing during calls, and the front camera may no longer work.
For fitting, switch the tablet off completely and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, with a suitable tool and without forcing the connectors. Avoid static electricity by touching a metal earth before handling the part.
After replacement, check the operation in the camera app and then during a test video call. If your tablet's battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it.
