Description

The front camera is the module that captures your image for video calls, selfies and facial recognition authentication. This compatible part is designed to replace the front camera of the iPhone 11 Pro Max, models A2218, A2161 and A2220. It helps fix a front camera that no longer displays, a blurred or black image, or facial features that have stopped working.

Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cable. Work on a clean surface, in a well-lit place, with anti-static tools to limit the risk of static electricity. Do not bend the ribbon cables, do not force the connectors and handle the battery with care: a swollen battery must no longer be used.

After fitting, check that the camera is detected in the camera app, then test a video call and facial recognition. If the device overheats abnormally or a fault persists, stop the procedure and go through the checks again step by step.

Switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before any work

Do not bend the ribbon cable and never force the connectors
