Description
The front camera is the module that lets you take selfies and make video calls. This compatible part replaces the front camera of the iPhone 16e when it no longer works properly.
It is mainly used to fix the most common faults: black screen or blurred image during video calls, an error message related to the camera, or no focus on photos taken from the front. Before fitting, switch the phone off completely, have a suitable small screwdriver to hand and work on a clean, flat surface.
Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables to avoid any short circuit, and protect yourself from static electricity by avoiding carpets and synthetic materials. Do not drill, bend or apply pressure to the lithium battery; if it is swollen, stop using it. After reassembly, test the front camera, the microphone and the face, then check the waterproofing of the screen.
