Description
The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This compatible part replaces the faulty module of the Samsung J2 (J200, 2015). It restores a sharp image when the front camera is blurry, black or no longer activates.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface and use an anti-static tool to protect the components. Take the time to identify the ribbon cable connector carefully before disconnecting it, and never force the tabs.
Once assembly is finished, switch the device back on and check the front camera in the camera app, then during a test video call. Also check the proximity sensor next to the camera. If the image remains abnormal, first recheck the ribbon cable connection before concluding the part is faulty.
