Description
The front camera is the module that captures your photos and video calls on the screen side. This compatible part is designed for the Samsung Galaxy J3 model J337, released in 2018. It lets you replace a damaged front camera whose image is blurry, black, distorted or that no longer switches on.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, protected from static electricity, and use suitable tools to open the casing without forcing it. Handle the ribbon cable with care, as it tears easily. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and do not use a device whose battery is swollen.
Once the module is fitted, switch the phone back on and open the camera app to check the image, the operation of the front flash and the focus. If everything works, close the casing. If the previous part had a ribbon cable fault, also check the connections before refitting the cover.
