Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front module of your M23 (M236 / 2022), used for selfies and video calls. When the image is blurry, black, distorted, or the camera no longer appears in apps, the current part may be faulty and the repair consists of replacing it.
Take time to prepare the work: switch the device off completely, remove the back cover or glass according to the method specific to your model, and work on a clean, well-lit surface. Disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cables, use a plastic tool to lift the connectors, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before starting.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, switch the device on and test the camera before fully closing the casing. Check the image, focus and operation in a photo app and a video call app. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture it.
