Description
The front camera is the photo module on the front of your phone, the one used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Mi 10 5G, replaces the faulty module when the image is blurry, black, frozen or missing.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools to open the device without forcing it. Handle the ribbon cable and the connector with care so you do not bend or tear them.
Once the fitting is complete, switch the phone back on and test the camera before fully closing the casing. Check the sharpness, the brightness and the proper working of the autofocus if your app supports it. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and never puncture it.
