The front camera is the small camera module at the top of the screen, used for selfies and video calls. This part, compatible with the Mi 11, replaces the faulty module when the image is blurry, black, frozen or missing in photo and video conferencing apps.

Before starting, switch off the device, disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it and work on a clean, dry surface. Avoid excessive heat and protect the components against static electricity. After fitting, test the camera in several apps and check the sharpness as well as the proper operation of the proximity sensor.
