Description
The front camera is the small module that captures images of your face for video calls, selfies and face unlock. This compatible part replaces the faulty module on the Mi 11X Pro. It restores a sharp image when the front camera is blurry, black, frozen or no longer activates at all.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your skill level allows. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, to protect the electronic components from discharge. Handle the flex cable and module with care, without bending them or pulling on the connectors. Do not heat the device beyond a moderate temperature to loosen the front panel.
Once the part is fitted, switch the device back on and test the front camera in the camera app as well as during a video call. Also check face recognition if you use it. If the phone has been disconnected for a long time, let it go through a few full charge cycles to stabilise its operation.
