Description
The front camera is the small module that captures your image during video calls, selfies and facial recognition. This compatible part is designed for the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite and lets you replace a faulty module, for example when the image is blurred, black, distorted or missing in photo and video apps.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery when the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, away from static electricity, and keep the screws in a small container so they do not get lost. Gently disconnect the camera ribbon cable using a plastic tool, without forcing or bending the cable.
After fitting, reconnect the battery and start the phone. Test the front camera and the photo app, and check sharpness, brightness and the facial recognition function. If your device's battery is swollen, do not use it and never puncture it.
