Description
The front camera is the small camera module on the front of the device, next to the screen. It is used for selfies, video calls and face recognition unlocking when the device supports it. This part, compatible with the Narzo series, lets you replace a damaged module or one that no longer works.
The most common faults are a blurred or black image, a camera that no longer launches in the photo app, or a spot or dark dot visible in photos. If the image is distorted or the camera no longer appears at all, the module is often the cause, but also check the flex cable and settings before concluding.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery where the model allows, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and handle the flex cable carefully without bending it. Once fitting is complete, test the front and rear cameras, autofocus and the screen display. If the battery is swollen, do not use it, and do not puncture or bend it.
