Description
This compatible front camera replaces the front module of the GoPro One Action (XT2013 / 2019). It is used to film and to film yourself facing the lens, thanks to the front screen that lets you frame your videos and photos. When the current part is cracked, no longer responds or shows a blurred or black image, this module can be replaced to restore normal use of the camera.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery. Work on a clean, flat surface away from any heat source, and avoid static electricity by regularly touching an earthed metal surface. Handle the ribbon cables carefully, without bending them or forcing their connectors, and keep the small screws in a container so they do not get lost.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, switch the camera on and check that the front image displays correctly, that focus and controls respond and that recording works. If the battery was removed or the device was switched off for a long time, carry out a few full charge cycles before intensive use. A swollen or damaged battery must never be used: do not puncture it or bend it.
