Description
The front camera is the small camera module on the front of the device, used for selfies, video calls and face unlock. This part, compatible with the One V model, lets you replace a defective or damaged front camera.
It fixes common faults such as a blurred, black or distorted image, no picture during video calls, or a camera that no longer launches. This is a compatible part made by a third party: it offers an economical repair solution without claiming to be identical to the current part.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface and use suitable tools so as not to damage the ribbon cables. After fitting, check focus, brightness and correct operation in a camera app and during a video call.
